The Zoo!
Well, off we went for a family outing to the Zoo!
The animals thought that we were there to entertain them as we jumped up and down clicking and whistling to attract their attention at the side of their cages.
The signs on the insides of the cages read "Do not feed the people they may bite!" and judging by the other people wandering around cooing and pointing at the monkeys hanging upside down and trying to ignore us, some of them probably do.
We managed to come home with only one more soft toy to add to our daughters soft toy collection which is quite an achievement considering the fact that there were three different shops around the zoo all stuffed full of toys to tempt the cash out of the mums and dads with whine's of "I know I already have 25 soft Tigers but I really really need one more!"
Well, we all managed to enjoy the day. I even managed to pull a Gorilla! he stared at me through the bars and even slapped his lips in the form of a kiss. I mean he possibly just wanted to attack me but I like to think he fancied a blond woman for a change.
My husband said he would be happy for me to move in with my new man!
We left the animals at the end of the day breathing a huge sigh of relief as the metal containers in the car park filled with people and pulled away.
"Wow we got through today!" they all thought "until opening time tomorrow when they will all come back to gawp at us again."
